Danni's Out of School Care Ltd ("we", "us") is the data controller for personal information collected through this website. We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your data in line with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
What we collect
When you submit our enquiry form we collect your name, telephone number, email address, the setting and type of care you're interested in, the number of children, and any information you choose to share about support needs or circumstances.
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and discuss places at our settings.
- To plan appropriate care and support should your child join us.
- To keep records required by the Care Inspectorate and other regulators.
We do not sell your information or use it for marketing without your consent.
Information about children and support needs
Details about a child's health, additional support needs or family circumstances are special category data. We only ask for this so we can care for your child safely, and we process it on the basis of your explicit consent given when submitting the form. Please only share what you are comfortable with; we can discuss the rest in person.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to a place are deleted within 12 months. Records for children who attend are retained in line with Care Inspectorate requirements.
Sharing
Enquiries are sent by email to our team. We do not share your data with third parties except where required by law or by our regulators. Our locations page uses Google Maps, which may set cookies subject to Google's own privacy policy.
Our enquiry form is protected by Google reCAPTCHA to stop spam. It checks how the page is used, which may include your IP address and cookies, to tell people and automated bots apart. This is covered by the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct or request deletion of your personal data, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, email enquiries@dannisoutofschoolcare.co.uk or call 07368 872725. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
